Is the 1st month of metro pcs service stilll free when you flash a phone?

i wanted to buy a cheap phone and flash it to the metro pcs network for $40 and i wanted to know if the 1st month would still be free?

Yes it still will no matter what phone you use whether its theirs or a flashed one. Just make sure its unlocked and CDMA
