I want to do drawings on a computer. So I am looking for a pen tablet Laptop or a Monitor that I can plug into my PC. I dont want one of the USB pen mousepads, or something that I just attach onto my current monitor. What are some cheap options for doing this, and would it be better to get the monitor or the Laptop?
By cheap, I am looking for something $400-$600, but I might spend up to $1000.
