our technology today isn’t great enough to make a good pc be that small.
great for potability but the tiny ram would ware out in about 2 years. they are not to be taken serriously. but if all you do is business and internet than this would be a good computer.

      my experience.
i have owned 2 eeepc’s 1 aspire one. and now the lenovo s10. the video or pics dont do it as much justice as it looks in person. it is a traditional looking laptop and not a fingerprint whore. the design is so professional and sleek it beats everyone else by far its very thin and it sits flat vertical to table not like all the other including the samsung. by far best design when i saw it at circuit city i had to buy it and it will be my last netbook! i found my one!

      hope this helps

I just got a Lenovo S10. It blows away my old 8.9″ Asus Eee PC 900 With is horribly Slow SSD. This Netbook has a regular Hard Drive that can easily be upgraded / replaced. Also 1.6GHz Atom although it doesn’t benchmark much better than the 900MHz Celeron M thats in the Asus Eee PC 900, it sure shows when putting the processor under strain (because Atom has HT)

in my opinion ??..you never tried ?
      I own a 1000h and i have tried many other 10″ netbook.
      1000h comes out winner.
What do you need an express card for ? the 1000h has all built in. I guess the only benefit would be a 3g card card. But no one really need that when you can sync your phone internet via the built bluetooth or wireless
I’m doing that with my Iphone, It transmit the 3g connection via wireless, very neat !

    23. kilimats02 Says:

      it is heavier …
it is heavier because it has 6 cell ;-) 1000h is the winner with the smart touchpad. Lenovo is just a pure copy of what the netbook has always been.

EEE goes further, hope this help

I’m debating on lenovo s10 vs. Eee pc 1000H vs. a refurbished macbook air. Macbook air’s sin is it’s price. Eee PC 1000H is 3.2 lbs vs. lenovo s10 2.65 lbs, but lenovo seems to have terrible battery life. Wish they came up with a 6 cell battery option.

    25. kilimats02 Says:

      indeed, everything …
indeed, everything said is already done in the EEE pcs…why raise the bar ?
IMO..the best netbook available is the 1000H with the smart touch pad capability and 7 hours of baterry life that can be extended to 12 hours with larger battery
