I have 2 notebooks, one has both WLAN and while the other only has LAN only.
I will be out of town next week.
My question is: How can I use my 2 notebooks with only one WLAN while I stay in restaurant? (I heard that the restaurant only privide Wi-Fi).

I like using Mead Five Star notebooks for school, but whenever I go to the store they only have them in black and red. I like to color-code all my classes and I also prefer more fun colors. I tried the Mead website but they don’t list colors. Is there any place I can go to find all the different colors and order the ones I want?

I used to order supplies for our office and it never listed the colours in the catalogue so we had to take a random selection. I know there’s red, green, blue, gray and black based on what we have received however, as I said, there was never a colour list and we could never choose.

You know the black and white patchy, marbley pattern notebooks that are in too many shows and movies to count? Are they a specific brand or style, i keep seeing them so im pretty curious at this point.

I am left handed and it is so hard to write in notebooks and binders made for right handed people. I always end up having to tear the pages out or else everything comes out super messy, it makes school work so much harder! If anyone knows where I can find binders or spirals please let me know! Without knowing where you live, its impossible to say where you could go to get left handed notebooks and binders. However, I can offer one suggestion that may help with the notebook issue. You could use wirebound notebooks that are bound along the top instead of along the side. They are usually more narrow than the type that are bound along the side but they are also less expensive & easier to find without having to special order them from an online merchant. Virtually any office supply store will have them. Hope my suggestion is of some help.

I know most use the college rule spiral notebooks to write their draft and ideas. How many did you use before you looked up and realized you’re done

I can’t count the number of notebooks I went through. Mostly because I’m never done writing. There’s always something that needs to be fixed or edited or revised. I’ll add in whole chapters because I feel it needs it.

My notebooks are chaotic and out of order, which I suppose helps me…that way nobody will be able to steal my ideas because they can’t understand what’s going on!

On the last novel I finished, after going through all my revising stages, I probably had six or seven college-ruled 100 page notebooks filled. But when I typed it up on my computer, there were MANY additions. So I can’t be exact..

I own a HP DV5000 Notebook that started overheating and shutting conveniently after the 1 year warranty expired. I am aware that HP notebooks have overheating issues, particularly, the DV series. I am trying to poll how prevalent this problem is with the DV5000 or DV5200 series. Help!

You are not alone. same here. I have a DV9000 and I have lost 2 harddrives because of shutdowns caused by overheating.

So, do not start the system if it is shutting down by itself. This will result in hard drive failure and you would ultimately loose your data as well. Best thing to do is get a laptop cooler from a computer store immediately. They really worked for me and never had overheating issues after that.

You really need to get a cooler. It is cheap and effective
