I’m planning on getting a laptop and right now I have 2 PCs side by side sharing internet through a router and an ethernet cable. There are still slots in the router so could I connect an ethernet cable with the router and the laptop? Or is there a more complicated process?

Visit a local computer store or electronics website and buy one of those big tool kits. I have personally bought a kit from NewEgg made by Roswell and it has helped me repair and maintain many systems in my home or for friends. Ask your coworkers what they recommend.

I have 2 notebooks, one has both WLAN and while the other only has LAN only.
I will be out of town next week.

Hi, recently i decided to reinstall Windows Vista using the disc that came with my computer, i followed the instructions step by step and finally had it installed again, however when i start my laptop up it gives me the option to go onto this new vista (holding new account) or old vista (holding old account), this is quite annoying i only wanted to make my laptop run quicker like when i first got it.
Does anyone please no how to remove one of these Vistas?

Look on your hard drive, a folder might contain the old version of windows, if it is difficult to remove use disk clean up in maintenance.

I will need to buy a laptop since I will be moving to Europe, Netherlands or the UK depending where I decide to go for my postgraduate studies. I have already seen several laptops, especially about reliability, because I will be two years in another continent, but now I am wondering which manufacturer has the best international service if something goes wrong. Wal-Mart and Best Buy should have everything you need. You can find NetBooks for around $200-300 Dollars which are perfect for typing and Surfing the Web but they don’t have a Disk Drive, meaning you can’t Play, Read, or Write, CDs or DVDs. One that I recomend Is this, Its from HP, it’s got a Large Screen, plenty of Storage Space, a Disk Drive, and it can type Documents with Microsoft Office, and Surf the Web. How much is it? Depending in the Store $500 Dollars. It’s perfect for a Basic PC user. And just in case you need any extra Features it should be able to do or run them. I like NetBooks and they are Cheap, but the Overall quality of them are not to great.

And i have Guitar Hero World Tour Downloaded on my PC,
so my question is, can 360 GH Guitar be used or transformed in to a PC controller, like with USB?

I am planning on getting a Motorola Droid with a bad ESN number, but I would like to know if it is possible to have web browsing and picture messaging. If so how do I go about flashing it to Metro PCS?

the droid is like a iphone
iphone took about 3 months to unlock and another 2 months for the internet to work on tmobile.
the droid took 2 months to find a flash to metropcs (which has been found).
the code for the internet and mms for flashed metropcs droid has not yet been found or solve.
but i know it will be coming up soon
